BIOTECHNOLOGIE KEMPE GMBH has been located in Berlin for more than twenty years (since 2004 on the outskirts of the city). We focus on development and construction of measuring and control equipment for applications in food and fermentation industries.
In our separate programming department, highly specialized computer engineers develop systems for process computer aided automation in the field of fermentation industries.
The well known Silicone Tubing probe (“Kempe- Probe”) for measurement of Alcohol, Methanol , Methane and CO2 is produced in our own workshop. Here we produce also switch boxes and equipment for research and development.
All our automation concepts are “tailor-made” and therefore fit exactly to the requirements of the respective installation. Continuos dialogue with customers and use of most modern measuring and control technologies enable us to work out most economic solutions.
In the last five years we have built up an own engineering department for reconstruction of fermentation facilities. To the fore erections of yeast dryer stations, molasses treatments and reconstruction of fermenters, to increase their productivity.
